Job summary

Peak Support LLC is seeking an Instructional Designer for our Corporate Training & Development team. This role focuses on transforming internal expertise into global training resources for new hires and level-specific programs.

You will partner with Training Facilitators and Producers to influence Peak Support's learning metrics. Responsibilities include designing instructor-led and self-paced materials, delivering sessions to trainers, and continuously optimizing content.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, and Articulate.
• Excellent collaboration and coordination skills.
• Knowledge and/or experience with instructional design best practices and learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced training materials.
• Deliver training to trainers who will facilitate learning materials.
• Evaluate and enhance materials regularly for ongoing development.
