Job summary

Peak Support Global Enterprise is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft instructor-led and self-paced training materials for our global teams. You will deliver training to Trainers and continually improve content based on feedback and client updates.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong communication, and the ability to strategize innovative training solutions while maintaining organized knowledge bases and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Instructional Design.
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven training solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced training materials.
• Deliver training to Trainers who will facilitate learning materials.
• Evaluate and enhance learning materials regularly for improvement.
• Stay updated on process updates from clients via stakeholder check-ins.
• Strategize, design, and implement innovations in Peak Support training programs.

Job description

The Instructional Designer is a key role in Corporate Training & Development, encompassing mastery of growth and development trainings and processes throughout Peak Support.

Gaining expertise and a deep understanding of the needs of our internal stakeholders and the learning process that will take place for all team members who will represent the businesses, the Instructional Designer’s primary role is to transform the expertise they gain into training resources for global new-hire and level-specific trainings.

Partnering with Training Facilitators and Producers, the output of the Instructional Designer strongly impacts the metrics that matter in Peak Support as a whole.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced training materials for Peak Support’s teams
• Deliver a T3 to Trainers who will facilitate the learning materials
• Evaluate and enhance learning materials regularly for continued development and improvement
• Stay updated on all process updates from the clients through regular check-ins with internal stakeholders
• Strategize, design, and implement innovations in training programs across all of Peak Support
• Optimize the knowledge base/learning materials of all of Peak Support’s programs

• Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Articulate)
• Excellent communication skills
• Great collaboration and coordination skills
• Knowledge and/or experience with technologies and best practices for instructional design and training delivery
• Organized and able to meet varied timelines
• Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Able to analyze learning opportunities and strategize for better solutions
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design roles
