Virtustant is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage 50–100 open installation projects remotely. You will be the primary liaison between customers and installers, ensuring clear communication and access to necessary resources to drive smooth installs.

The role demands proactive problem-solving, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills, with exposure to construction-related projects and tools like Airtable and Shopify.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or working with contractors is desirable.
• Experience in problem-solving and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and general computer software.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50–100 open installation jobs.
• Educate customers on the installation process.
• Coordinate with installers to ensure they are organized and prepared.
• Schedule installations and manage job timelines.
• Serve as the between contact for customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations.
