Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Installation Coordinator, also known as an Operations Coordinator, to manage their installation jobs. This role involves overseeing 50-100 open installation jobs at any given time. The coordinator will act as the primary point of contact between customers and installers, ensuring customers are informed about the process and installers have the necessary resources. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong problem-solving skills, as it involves managing construction-related projects and addressing unique challenges that arise on each job site.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable communicating with customers and installers to find solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive installation experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage 50-100 open installation jobs.
• Communicate with customers to educate them on the installation process.
• Coordinate with installers to ensure they are organized and have everything they need.
• Schedule installations and manage job timelines.
• Act as the in-between person between customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in construction or working with contractors is highly desirable.
• Experience in problem-solving and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and general computer software.
