Job summary

Pearson is seeking a confident, detail-oriented Advanced Associate, Production Planner to coordinate physical and remote test inspections, run inspection calls, and prepare post-inspection reports. You will support the team manager and work across UK and international inspections, with monthly meetings in the Manila office.

The role requires strong communication skills, data handling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines in a hybrid remote setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
Experience handling data in spreadsheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High integrity and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate physical and remote inspections, including setting up online meetings and providing support to centres.
Complete inspection reports and deliver to the business within deadlines.
Coordinate with centres prior to inspections.
Maintain data within large spreadsheets.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Undertake additional activities to ensure Pearson processing targets are met.
