Job summary

Manila Recruitment is seeking a remote, full-time Supply Chain Support role based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will maintain data across internal systems, produce regular reports, and support Demand Planners with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, updating delivery dates, and coordinating with retailers. ERP experience is a plus; UK market experience not required. Position offers permanent WFH with UK-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
• Experience with ERP or supply chain systems advantageous.
• UK market experience is not required; local experience accepted.
• Experience in related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Supply Chain data across internal systems.
• Produce and distribute regular Supply Chain reports.
• Create and maintain product and supplier records.
• Support Demand Planners with administrative tasks.
• Process and maintain documentation relating to purchase orders.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare reports where required.
• File and maintain Supply Chain documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Update expected delivery dates on retailer orders.
• Assist with new booking in dates for deliveries to retailers.
• Update databases with delivery status and confirm PODs.
• Support continuous improvement activities within the department.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider Supply Chain team.
