Job summary

REMOTE STAFF, INC. is hiring for a full-time remote role based in the Philippines to support inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain operations.

You will monitor inventory levels, track movements, maintain reports, and identify discrepancies while coordinating with internal teams to ensure availability and timely delivery. The role involves developing and maintaining demand forecasts, supporting PO planning, and improving dashboards and reports through data analysis and process

Qualifications

• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy across inventory systems and spreadsheets.
• Analyze inventory metrics including turns, weeks of supply, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels across products and warehouses.
• Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and consumption.
• Maintain inventory reports and identify stock discrepancies or stock-out risks.
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle count analysis.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and aging inventory and provide recommendations.
• Support development of demand forecasts using historical sales data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory planning reports.
• Support purchase order planning and replenishment activities.
• Track purchase orders from placement through receipt and communicate delays or issues proactively.
• Maintain and improve inventory and demand planning dashboards and reports.
