Job summary

Altametrics is seeking a driven inside sales professional for a remote contract role. You will generate and qualify leads through daily outreach, follow up with prospects, and hand off qualified leads to the sales team to close deals.

The prospect base is US-based restaurants, aligned to the approved ideal customer profile, with a Pacific Standard Time night-shift schedule. The compensation includes an $8 base hourly rate plus commissions and a $20 bonus for each closed deal arising from a

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in inside sales generating qualified leads that move to the next stage of the sales process.
Comfortable with 500 outreach per day.
Clear and professional English communication skills.
Good follow-up and lead management skills.
Coachable and open to feedback.
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification.
Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, prospecting, lead follow-ups, responding to inbound enquiries, conducting initial discovery calls, qualifying prospects based on business needs and purchasing intent, nurturing potential clients, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
