Altametrics is seeking a remote Inside Sales and Lead Generation professional based in the Philippines. You will generate and qualify leads, conduct outbound outreach, and collaborate with the sales team to turn qualified leads into opportunities.

Strong English communication and reliable remote setup are required. This contract position offers uncapped commissions ($20–$75 per closed deal) and a monthly OTE ranging from $300 to $1,300, with both part-time and full-time options in Pacific

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales experience with ability to generate qualified leads.
• Ability to perform outbound daily outreach and manage follow-ups.
• Clear professional English communication.
• Strong lead management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and discovery calls.
• Coordinate with sales leadership on qualified leads and opportunities; log interactions in CRM.
• Nurture prospects and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
