Job summary

EPM Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities within the local market through market research, lead generation, and consultative discovery with potential clients.

You will work with a global team of EPM experts, supporting digital campaigns and contributing to a growing sales engine. Remote work option is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B software inside sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the Philippines corporate landscape.
• Excellent research and discovery questioning skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities in English and Filipino.
• Experience engaging Finance, IT, or Business Intelligence departments.
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
• Experience in EPM, CPM, BI, or related enterprise solutions (preferred).
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Research and map target accounts within priority industries.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social selling.
• Qualify opportunities using established methodology.
• Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients.
• Document customer requirements and pain points systematically.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales on solution demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM system.
• Provide market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
• Support digital marketing campaigns with follow-up activities.
