Job summary

Lyfe LLC in the Philippines is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to own outbound B2B sales for the US market. You will prospect, nurture, present architectural product solutions and close deals.

This fully remote role requires 4+ years of experience, excellent English, and the ability to work US hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). You will use CRM tools such as ERPNext or Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline records.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales, inside sales, business development or outbound sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Experience managing the complete B2B sales cycle.
• Experience qualifying leads, handling objections, negotiating and closing deals.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets and activity KPIs.
• Experience using a CRM or sales management platform.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective B2B customers in the US market.
• Build targeted prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Conduct daily outbound prospecting through: cold calling, cold email, follow-up calls and messages.
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Establish relationships with business owners, purchasing managers and procurement teams.
• Follow a structured prospecting and cadence; manage full sales cycle from lead to closing.
• Qualify prospects and present architectural hardware and customised product solutions.
• Prepare and discuss quotations and proposals; negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reports.
• Close new B2B accounts and contribute to revenue growth.
