Job summary

SmartScale360 Careers is seeking an experienced Sales & Appointment Coordinator (Remote) to manage inbound/outbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule high-quality appointments for our U.S.-based client. This role offers a fully remote setup with US-hour coverage and generous commission opportunities.

You will drive lead conversion, manage CRM records, and collaborate with leadership to refine scripts and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
• Proven success converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong phone presence with confidence and professionalism.
• Experience handling objections and negotiating effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management platforms.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while consistently achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Contact new inbound internet leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective customers.
• Qualify homeowners based on company criteria.
• Schedule qualified in-home design consultations.
• Confirm appointments and proactively reschedule cancellations.
• Follow structured follow-up cadences to maximize lead conversion.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Follow up consistently until every opportunity has been fully exhausted.
