MicroSourcing is seeking a Marketing Engagement Specialist in Metro Manila, Philippines, for a fully remote role. The position offers full-time employment with a monthly salary of PHP 46,000–60,000, plus benefits and career growth opportunities.

The role focuses on influencer sourcing, negotiation, and coordination, along with consumer studies and robust data reporting to support brand initiatives. You will collaborate with the marketing team to drive impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with brand values and campaigns.
• Negotiation & Coordination: Reach out to influencers, negotiate rates, manage contracts, and coordinate content deliverables.
• Review Generation Programs: Source and manage individuals for product reviews on our website and retailers' sites.
• Consumer Studies: Recruit participants, manage communications, collate feedback for brand team initiatives.
• Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of influencer contacts, campaigns, and results for reporting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure influencer campaigns align with brand objectives.

Your Role

This role will focus on supporting our marketing team by sourcing and managing influencer relationships, coordinating product review initiatives and assisting with consumer testing programs. The ideal candidate is organised, communicative and has a strong understanding of influencer marketing and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and campaigns.

Negotiation & Coordination: Reach out to influencers, negotiate rates, manage contracts and coordinate content deliverables.

Review Generation Programs: Source and manage individuals for sending products in exchange for reviews on our website and our retailers websites.

Consumer Studies: Support the brand team through consumer study initiatives, including recruiting participants, managing communications, and collating feedback.

Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of influencer contacts, campaigns, and results for reporting purposes.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure influencer campaigns and consumer studies align with overall brand objectives.



Requirements

Experience in influencer marketing or consumer engagement.
