MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking an Influencer Marketing Assistant to support influencer and affiliate campaigns, coordinate outreach, and manage day-to-day ops.

The role combines research, creator outreach, campaign coordination, and reporting, with a hybrid day shift and collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Customer Service. You will maintain databases, track timelines, and prepare weekly reports while staying updated on social trends.

This role will primarily support our influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives, including creator outreach, campaign coordination, PR shipments, tracking deliverables, maintaining campaign reports, and other day-to-day operational tasks related to influencer marketing.

Influencer & Affiliate Management

• Research and identify creators that align with brand objectives and target audience.
• Conduct outreach via email, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators.
• Coordinate onboarding and communicate campaign expectations.
• Follow up on pending responses, deliverables, and campaign deadlines.
  
  

Campaign Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate product seeding and PR package distribution.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Collect, organize, and archive creator content and usage rights.
  
  

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
• Update project management tools (e.g., Asana) with campaign progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor campaign KPIs such as creator participation, content completion, engagement, and affiliate sales.
  
  

Creator Research

• Source new creators based on campaign objectives, audience demographics, and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social media trends.
• Identify viral content opportunities and creators with strong growth potential.
  
  

Administrative Support

• Assist with contract coordination and documentation.
• Organize campaign assets, creator information, and marketing files.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing Hands-on experience with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, social media marketing, or creator management. This is the most important qualification since the role requires someone who can immediately support ongoing campaigns.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Must be comfortable communicating professionally with influencers, affiliates, and internal stakeholders via email and social media.

• Strong writing skills are critical for creator outreach and relationship management. Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and influencer/creator ecosystems Familiarity with creator research, influencer trends, and the major social platforms. Understanding how influencers, affiliates, and creator campaigns work is essential.

• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, track deadlines, maintain reports, and coordinate with different teams. Attention to detail is crucial since the role involves campaign trackers, PR shipments, and deliverables.

• Proficiency with productivity and project management tools Experience using Google Workspace (especially Sheets), Microsoft Office, and preferably Asana or a similar project management platform.
