Hire Overseas is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors for a fast-growing AI-native HR software platform serving local government. You will research public agencies, reach HR leaders via outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

The role emphasizes dedicated research, human-focused messaging, and high ownership of the pipeline, with a 100% remote setup and USD compensation paid bi-monthly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outbound sales development or similar prospecting roles.
• Strong written English to craft concise, human outreach.
• Confident spoken English for phone outreach with HR/government professionals.
• Available to work full-time during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect target agencies, including cities, counties, and special districts, and identify HR leaders.
• Reach prospects through personalized email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach and craft agency-specific messages.
• Qualify interest and book qualified meetings for the sales team with clear notes.
• Log outreach and meetings in the CRM and track weekly goals.
