Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and primary contact for inbound inquiries from referrals and website sign-ups.
• Respond promptly to new client inquiries and qualify opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and staffing needs.
• Present Level's services, pricing, and value proposition.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Follow up with qualified prospects until won or lost.
• Prepare and send service agreements and onboard new clients.
