Job summary

Remote Staff, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Executive (Inbound) to own the day-to-day inbound operations from production to stock landing. You will manage forecasts, ensure inventory visibility, and prevent stockouts across shipments.

This role is part-time (20 hours/week) with a transition to full-time, remote from the Philippines, focusing on coordinating freight, documentation, and retailer communications to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, inbound logistics, or import operations.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, stock monitoring, and documentation.
• Comfortable updating tracking systems and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Review forecasts vs stock, maintain 2–3 month cover, flag stock risks.
• Coordinate shipments, freight forwarders, and track deliveries.
• Collect shipping paperwork, ensure customs compliance, and manage documents.
• Coordinate with retailers for alignment on stock levels and delivery timing.
