Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Logistics professional in the Philippines to oversee inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time parts supply and inventory accuracy. You will coordinate 3PL providers, drive lean processes, and enforce FIFO and safety standards across the warehouse.

The role requires knowledge of intercontinental trade, ERP systems, and strong communication. You will lead daily operations and cycle counts, delivering measurable efficiency improvements and cost control.

Qualifications

• Specialization in Physical Logistics preferred.
• Experience with warehouse automation for safety and efficiency.
• Knowledge of intercontinental trade arrangements.
• ERP knowledge (preferably DAX).

Responsibilities

• Inbound, inhouse & outbound logistics management.
• Inventory management & accuracy.
• Customs compliance & statutory compliance for warehouse.
• Manage & monitor 3PL service providers.
• Lean management in warehouse.
• On-time registering of inbound inventory.
• Plan logistics for outbound transport to destinations.
• Ensure on-time supply of parts to production line.
• Ensure FIFO where applicable.
• Safe handling of materials in house.
• Daily work allocation and people management to improve efficiency.
• Plan & execute cycle counts of parts.
