The role requires coordinating with warehouse staff and U.S.-based teams, maintaining inventory and shipment records, and ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in operations/logistics, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup with U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken English with comfort communicating with U.S.-based teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Able to work independently and be dependable.
• Must have own computer/laptop and a fast, reliable internet connection.
• Comfortable working U.S. Central Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse, shipping, and order-fulfillment activities.
• Maintain and update inventory, shipment, and operational records in Excel.
• Monitor stock levels of samples, packaging materials, catalogs, and supplies; flag low inventory.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, shipping documentation, and dispatch requirements.
• Follow up with warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized records and report discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal U.S. teams on warehouse, logistics, and supply-related requirements.
