Ethos is seeking experienced strategy consultants to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine client-ready outputs across core workflows, including executive materials and market analyses.

Five-plus years in management consulting or corporate strategy is required, with expert-level document craftsmanship and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. This is a fully remote, flexible role offering ~5–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for client-ready output.
• Develop materials across core workflows such as strategy decks and executive steering committee packets.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to adjust deliverables and ensure high-quality visuals and data accuracy.
