Job summary

Offshore 247 Outsourcing OPC in Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced Migration Agent Assistant for a part-time, work-from-home contractor role. You will support a Principal Registered Migration Agent with visa application packages and GPS drafting, while maintaining client communication and case files.

The role focuses on employer-sponsored and partner visa cases (Subclass 482, 186) with Immi Account.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience supporting an Australian immigration agency or registered migration firm in a case administration or similar role.
• Solid working knowledge of the Australian visa system — 482, 186 and partner visa streams.
• Hands-on experience with Immi Account — preparing and organising applications on behalf of clients.
• Experience drafting or contributing to Genuine Position Statements for employer-sponsored applications.
• Strong written English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise visa application packages for employer-sponsored (Subclass 482 and 186) and partner visa applicants via Immi Account — documents, supporting material and compliance checks.
• Draft Genuine Position Statements (GPS) for employer-sponsored visa classes on behalf of sponsoring employers.
• Review resumes, employment contracts and references against immigration requirements.
• Track case statuses, upcoming deadlines and required follow-up actions.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and keep them informed on timelines.
• Prepare briefing notes and client correspondence for the practice database.
• Enter and manage case data in the migration case management system; generate internal reports.
• Maintain accurate, secure client files in line with privacy and data protection obligations.
• Assist with advertising positions on behalf of sponsoring employers on relevant recruitment platforms.
