Job summary

Spectra Healthcare Management is seeking an I-9 Compliance Specialist to oversee Form I-9 verification workflows for a premier US healthcare client. You will audit, verify, and manage end-to-end processes to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity in a remote/hybrid environment.

The role requires strong English, experience with E-Verify, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and healthcare staff across international sites.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work US-EST hours in remote/hybrid setup.
• Prior Form I-9 compliance and reverifications experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with E-Verify and government employment verification.
• Strong attention to detail for audit-ready records.
• Ability to coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and healthcare staff.
• Discretion with PII and sensitive personnel data.

Responsibilities

• Email & inquiries administration on I-9 compliance and deadlines.
• Engage with healthcare staff and hires to collect documentation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to resolve discrepancies and expedite onboarding.
• Perform audits of I-9 submissions to identify errors and missing data.
• Own case management from initial notice to final disposition within SLAs.
• Validate identity and work authorization documents per List A/B/C.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and timely data entry.
