Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks a Mechanical/HVAC-R Foreman to supervise the HVAC-R and maintenance team in the Philippines. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, safety compliance, and coordination of work orders under the Facilities Operations scope.

As a lead, you will ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to company standards, while reporting to the Site Lead / Night (Mech Eng). Prior leadership and CMMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance with emphasis on HVAC-R systems.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience using IBM Maximo or other CMMS.
• Experience coordinating permits, preventive maintenance schedules, and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC-R Technicians and Mechanics; provide daily direction and assign work orders.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance activities according to priorities and schedules.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Oversee safety procedures, PPE usage, PTW/LOTO/MOS/HIRAC compliance; conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC-R systems and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate periodic reports.
