Job summary

ProfitWorks is seeking a skilled US Estimator focused on HVAC components to support multiple service-based companies. This 100% remote role collaborates with department leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and produce high-quality estimates.

You will prepare HVAC cost estimates, perform takeoffs, and analyze plans to determine material, labor, and equipment costs while using Togal AI, Bluebeam, Planswift, and CRM integrations.

Qualifications

• HVAC estimation experience required.
• Familiarity with HVAC components (ductwork, air handlers, fans, heaters, grills).
• Experience with US-based teams or companies.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking.
• Experience with CRM and construction software (Buildertrend, Building Connect, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Proficient with Togal AI, Bluebeam and Planswift for HVAC tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for HVAC systems and components.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Analyze plans to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain documentation of estimates and assumptions.
• Use takeoff software (Togal AI, Bluebeam, Planswift).
• Oversee system access, updates, and issue resolution.
• Assist in CRM data integration with dashboards.
