Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting within building services and mechanical HVAC design.
• Strong proficiency in 2D AutoCAD drafting.
• Hands-on experience with Revit or BIM coordination.
• Solid understanding of mechanical building services systems and equipment coordination.
• Ability to read engineering mark-ups and maintain high-quality drawings.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft and document detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for mechanical services (air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, ductwork).
• Produce drawings for concept through tender stages and prepare equipment schedules.
• Update drawings based on design changes and coordination feedback.
• Support mechanical engineers during design and coordination processes.
• Coordinate drawings across architectural, structural, electrical, and hydraulic services.
