Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions in Makati City, Philippines, seeks a Procurement Engineer – HV/MV Electrical to support procurement delivery in line with project schedules and technical requirements. You will engage suppliers for HV/MV equipment including transformers, switchgear, cables, protection systems, and balance-of-plant components, and prepare RFQs and bid evaluations for best value.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, with strong English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business or related field required.
Minimum 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in construction or renewable energy.
Experience issuing RFQs, purchase orders and supplier agreements; knowledge of SCADA/industrial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support procurement delivery aligned with project schedules and technical requirements.
Identify and engage suppliers for HV/MV equipment (transformers, switchgear, cables, protection systems).
Prepare RFQs and tender packages for electrical equipment and services.
Conduct bid evaluations against project specifications and provide supplier recommendations.
Assist with pricing analysis, comparisons, and purchase order tracking.
Monitor supplier documentation, manufacturing progress and delivery schedules.
