Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions in Makati City, Philippines, seeks a Procurement Engineer – HV/MV Electrical to support procurement delivery in line with project schedules and technical requirements. You will engage suppliers for HV/MV equipment including transformers, switchgear, cables, protection systems, and balance-of-plant components, and prepare RFQs and bid evaluations for best value.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business or related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in construction or renewable energy.
• Experience issuing RFQs, purchase orders and supplier agreements; knowledge of SCADA/industrial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement delivery aligned with project schedules and technical requirements.
• Identify and engage suppliers for HV/MV equipment (transformers, switchgear, cables, protection systems).
• Prepare RFQs and tender packages for electrical equipment and services.
• Conduct bid evaluations against project specifications and provide supplier recommendations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field


• 3+ years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally within construction or renewable energy, control systems or automation projects


• Experience issuing and managing RFQs, purchase orders, and basic supplier agreements


• Understanding of SCADA, communications infrastructure, or industrial control systems


• Understanding of procurement documentation, technical specifications, and construction drawings


• Experience with ERP or procurement systems


• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work remotely with international teams
