Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field.
3+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in construction or renewable energy.
Experience issuing and managing RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
Understanding of SCADA, communications infrastructure, or industrial control systems.
Experience with ERP or procurement systems.

Responsibilities

Support procurement delivery in line with project schedules and technical requirements.
Identify and engage suppliers for HV/MV equipment including transformers, switchgear, cables, protection systems.
Prepare RFQs and tender packages for electrical equipment and services.
Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations against project specifications.
Assist with pricing analysis, comparisons, and supplier recommendations.
Support issuance and tracking of purchase orders.
Monitor supplier documentation, manufacturing progress, and delivery schedules.
Maintain procurement databases and documentation.
Source supplier pricing for HV/MV equipment and installation packages.
Support bid teams with cost data, technical comparisons, and supplier options.
Provide benchmarking of electrical equipment pricing across suppliers.
