Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Procurement Engineer with AU/NZ experience to support procurement for solar farm and BESS projects. You will manage civil, mechanical, and electrical material sourcing, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.

You will work with ERP systems, handle RFQs and purchase orders, and coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with construction timelines while upholding safety and QA standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, ideally in construction or renewables.
• Experience issuing RFQs and managing purchase orders.
• Understanding procurement docs and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Issue RFQs and gather supplier quotations.
• Evaluate bids and support negotiations on pricing and terms.
• Draft and issue purchase orders and track orders.
• Coordinate supplier communications and resolve queries.
• Maintain procurement records and ERP data.
