Job summary

Staff Domain is seeking a HubSpot Technical/Functional Consultant to manage CRM implementation projects from a work-from-home setup. You will conduct system audits, prepare Statements of Work, lead project discussions, and coordinate implementation activities to ensure successful delivery.

You will configure pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and integrations in HubSpot, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of HubSpot implementation or CRM admin experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience including config, automation, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience coordinating tasks across team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with CRM focus.
• Proficient in CRM reporting, workflow automation, dashboards, and data management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of existing HubSpot accounts to identify improvements and requirements.
• Prepare detailed Statements of Work outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and strategies.
• Lead recurring project meetings with stakeholders and monitor progress.
• Implement HubSpot CRM solutions including configuration, automation, and workflow setup.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members while ensuring quality.
• Configure and maintain HubSpot features: pipelines, workflows, dashboards, forms, email automation, integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and propose practical improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and client communications throughout engagements.
• Stay current with HubSpot updates and best practices.
