Job summary

Noor Staffing Group (NSG) is seeking an HR Manager to support day-to-day HR and business operations for a multi-state workforce. This remote role requires availability during New York business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET) and fluent English.

The ideal candidate will have a foundation in U.S. HR operations, be organized, patient, technology-savvy, and eager to learn and grow. You will handle HR helpdesk requests, unemployment claims, and process improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in HR or business operations.
• Familiar with U.S. HR practices and multi-state requirements.
• Knowledge of FMLA and state leave programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technology-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and business operations for a multi-state workforce.
• Maintain organized workflows, priorities, documentation and follow-up.
• Assist with unemployment claims processing and related documentation.
• Help develop templates, FAQs, and resources; drive process improvements.
