ConnectUs Marketing Solutions, Inc. invites applications for a Human Resource Officer - Employee Relations based in the Philippines.

The role handles emails, calls, onboarding/offboarding, payroll-related tasks, and government benefits processing to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining HR databases, fieldwork for hires/separations, policy implementation, and supporting employee wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as HR staff.
• Experience processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails, calls, and HR inquiries.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including orientations and documentation.
• Process timesheets for payroll and monitor government requirements and benefits.
• Prepare and process government benefits reports (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Update HR databases and portals for reporting.
• Monitor and update employee loans and related reports.
• Conduct monthly fieldwork for reporting hires and separations.
• Assist HR Head with policy development and space planning.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting wellness and safety programs.
• Manage HR software to collect and organize information across the employee life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with HR formats and documentation.
• Participate in programs promoting engagement and company reputation as employer of choice.
