ConnectUs Marketing Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join us on-site in Batangas City. You will manage online recruitment sites, conduct phone interviews, screen applicants, perform background checks, and prepare reports while helping to transition applicants to trainees.

• Must be willing to work on-site: Batangas City.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage online recruitment sites and HR management system software.
• Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training.
• Send text messages and/or email reminders to applicants.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee.
• Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies.
• Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
