Creating Info, a Philippine IT solutions company, seeks an HR Intern to join remotely and gain hands-on HR exposure. You will assist recruitment, onboarding, engagement activities, and HR reporting while developing communication and organizational skills.

The role offers practical training, a collaborative environment, and exposure to stakeholders. Candidates must be enrolled in HRM/psychology or related fields and commit to 800 hours.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled students in HRM, psychology or related courses.
• Open to both required and voluntary internships.
• Good background in human resource facets.
• Interested in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Experience in people engagement and creating presentations.
• Excellent people and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willing to render at least 800 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as applicant screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
• Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and reports
• Prepare presentations, announcements, and internal communications as needed
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
