Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced HR generalists to help train AI models on professional document tasks. You will own end-to-end creation and refinement of HR documents, from job descriptions to policy handbooks, across flexible, remote engagements.

This role is fully remote with 5-20 hours per week, starts ASAP, and pays $70 per hour. Strong writing, attention to detail, and experience with spreadsheets and slides are essential.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced HR generalists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for HR generalists with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
