Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced HR business partners to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own drafting and refining job descriptions, offer letters, policies, and performance templates with meticulous attention to detail.

The role is flexible, 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, with ASAP start and compensation at $70/hour. Prior experience in HR processes and strong written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents across core workflows (job descriptions, offer letters, policies, performance templates).
• Develop interview scorecards, compensation rationale, and handbooks; maintain consistency and quality across materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of documentation.
