Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced HR managers to help train our AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional, with direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.

You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and clarity. Flexible, fully remote work and 5–20 hours per week.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced HR managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for HR managers with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.

$70/hour

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
