The role emphasizes professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in delivering HR services. Responsibilities include end-to-end employee lifecycle management, records compliance, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and coordinating HR events.

Qualifications

• End-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contract preparation, orientation, offboarding)
• Employee records management and documentation compliance
• Assist in policy development, implementation, and compliance
• Payroll coordination and attendance monitoring
• Facilitate employee engagement programs and HR events
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance processes, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE standards, etc.)
• Process government-mandated benefits, clearances, and certificates
• Assist in internal and external audits related to HR documentation and standards
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and relevant legal changes

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for client accounts and provide tailored HR support
• Coordinate service delivery with internal HR and recruitment teams
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve HR-related issues promptly
• Oversee onboarding, contract preparation, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation compliance
• Support policy development, implementation, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate payroll processes and monitor attendance
• Facilitate employee engagement programs and HR events
• Address disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
