Job summary

Role Description

The HR Specialist is a full-time role based in Taguig with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with benefits and compensation administration.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources (HR).
• Knowledge of HR Policies and familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing comprehensive HR operations, including Compensation & Benefits (CompenBen) administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling employee information and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with HRIS or HR management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Willing to accept initial 5-month project-based contract.
• Can start ASAP.
