Job summary

Peak Support LLC in the Philippines seeks a Compliance Support Specialist (Homecare) to review caregiver onboarding and ensure all credentials meet company and regulatory standards before onboarding. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance support, onboarding, recruitment coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing requirements and inconsistencies.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with HR or onboarding systems.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Onboarding: Review caregiver onboarding requirements to ensure all credentials and compliance items are complete, accurate, and current.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Verify licenses, certifications, background checks, health clearances, and other onboarding requirements before onboarding approval.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Identify missing, expired, or incomplete requirements and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Maintain accurate and organized caregiver compliance records.
• Coordination & Follow-Up: Partner with Recruitment and other internal teams to obtain outstanding onboarding requirements.
• Coordination & Follow-Up: Communicate requirement status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Coordination & Follow-Up: Follow up on missing items to help keep the onboarding process on schedule.
• Coordination & Follow-Up: Escalate unresolved compliance issues when necessary.
• Data & Process Support: Update internal systems with compliance and onboarding statuses.
• Data & Process Support: Track outstanding requirements and prepare status reports as needed.
• Data & Process Support: Maintain confidentiality of caregiver information.
• Data & Process Support: Support process improvements that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the compliance process.
• Data & Process Support: Healthcare, home care, staffing, or service industry experience is a plus.
