AdminEdge is seeking a Home Health Clinical Support Specialist (RN) to support a U.S.-based Medicare-certified home health provider. The role involves clinical coordination, documentation follow-up, and administrative operations from a remote Philippines-based schedule aligned with EST daytime hours.

The ideal candidate will manage physician orders, coordinate clinical services, monitor documentation, and ensure timely follow-through across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Experience in Medicare-certified home health.
• Proven EMR proficiency and charting.
• Experience coordinating with field clinicians.
• Strong documentation management and follow-up.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patient communications and clinical task queues across the agency systems.
• Review physician orders and route clinical documentation to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate wound care, IV therapy, labs, supplies, and referrals.
• Follow up with clinicians, offices, patients to obtain missing information.
• Track missing or incomplete clinical documents and ensure timely completion.
• Support scheduling, authorizations, and coordination of patient care services.
• Prepare clinical records for case conferences and discharge workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate delays or unresolved items.
