Job summary

AdminEdge is seeking a Home Health Clinical QA Nurse to perform remote quality assurance and clinical documentation review. This role focuses on accuracy and consistency of admissions, recertifications, and discharge records while ensuring templates align with agency standards.

You will work with DataSoft EMR and AI-assisted tools to maintain efficient turnaround times in a busy managed care environment, supporting patient care and documentation integrity from a remote location.

Qualifications

Licensed RN in the Philippines.
Minimum 3 years of US-based home health QA or documentation review experience.
Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation templates.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Review home health clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Perform QA reviews of admissions, recertifications, discharges, and skilled nursing notes.
Verify documentation reflects diagnoses, skilled needs, and care provided.
Identify incomplete, conflicting, or outdated information in clinical records.
Ensure templates and formatting meet agency standards and timelines.
Coordinate corrections with clinical staff and escalate as needed.
