Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Home Care Scheduler to join a growing team in the Philippines. Your scheduling expertise will coordinate caregivers and clients to ensure seamless care.

English requirement: Advanced (written and spoken). A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in Home Care or Home Health is required, with familiarity in caregiver scheduling and client communication. You will manage schedules, handle call-outs and changes, communicate in real time with caregivers

What We're Looking For

• Experience working directly with caregivers and clients
• Scheduling, staffing, coordination, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with scheduling platforms is a plus (WellSky, AxisCare, eRSP, KanTime, HHAeXchange, etc.)
