Aidey is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team from a fully remote setup in the Philippines. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to growth in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.

You will post openings, build candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs while developing strong English communication and research skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings across job boards and sourcing platforms.

• Conduct initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit.
• Reach out to candidates through messages and email.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs.
• Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records.
