Job summary

Crewblooom, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Healthcare) to support our Clinical Operations team remotely from the Philippines.

You will manage lab testing workflows, clinician consultations, and health navigation tasks, ensuring accurate records and timely responses to member inquiries. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Notion, Airtable, Slack, and chat/AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience with chat platforms and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
• Proficient with Notion, Airtable, and Slack.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts in EST or PST time zones with a 1-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member support workflows and ensure processes are triggered correctly.
• Book and track member appointments with clinical partners.
• Engage with members to enhance their health journey.
• Maintain accurate records across baseline services.
• Provide real-time issue resolution for at-home and in-lab appointments.
• Serve as first point of contact for member inquiries via chat.
• Coordinate with clinical vendors and update SOPs to improve experience.
• Audit third-party lab bills for accuracy.
• Attend weekly stakeholder meetings and analyze member metrics.
