Total Life Inc. is seeking an experienced cold caller and appointment setter to open doors with US healthcare organizations.

This fully remote role from the Philippines operates during US business hours, calling physician practices, home health agencies, SNFs, and senior living communities to book qualified meetings. You will navigate gatekeepers, educate offices on Total Life support for patients and CMS programs, and log every call in HubSpot.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of proven cold calling and appointment setting with US clients.
• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Track record of meeting targets and sharing numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to US physician practices, home health agencies, SNFs and senior living communities.
• Reach decision-makers past front desk staff.
• Educate offices on Total Life support and CMS programs.
• Book qualified meetings with our partnerships team.
• Follow up on warm leads and conferences.
• Log every call, outcome and next step in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Share weekly results and feedback on scripts and handling.
