Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 4 years in a customer-facing role, including 2 years supporting a U.S. healthcare account.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Coordinator capacity.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication (CEFR C1+).
• Strong leadership and people management with coaching and performance monitoring.
• Comfortable conducting live video interactions with patients and on-camera presence.
• Proficient with EMR systems, payer portals, scheduling apps, and operational reporting tools.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Metro Manila, on permanent night shift aligned with U.S. hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Virtual Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring service delivery and productivity.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, breaks, and workforce allocation for adequate coverage.
• Address staffing shortages and workload fluctuations with adjustments.
• Conduct shift huddles, handovers, and regular team meetings to set priorities.
• Provide hands-on support with patient coordination during peaks or absences.
• Conduct regular coaching and maintain performance records for development.
