Job summary

Winning Assistants LLC. is seeking a Healthcare Administrative & EHR Virtual Assistant to manage ClickUp projects, EHR records, and routine administrative reporting for a US-based healthcare client.

The role emphasizes accuracy, HIPAA awareness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision from a remote setup. You will handle lead tracking, invoicing updates, and patient record management, with training provided on SOPs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ClickUp project management experience required.
• Strong healthcare EHR/EMR experience preferred with familiarity in Intake Queue and Practice Better.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, data entry, tracking and reporting.
• Able to work independently following SOPs and Loom materials.

Responsibilities

• Own ClickUp project management, track tasks, and monitor recurring workflows.
• Manage EHR workflows, Intake Queue, and Practice Better documentation.
• Perform daily/weekly administrative checks and reporting.
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance status updates.
• Support client communications and back-end tasks as needed.
