Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare/Telehealth) to support daily operations such as patient intake reviews, appointment scheduling, provider coordination, medication submissions, and ongoing patient communication. The role requires data entry accuracy, English proficiency, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Must be able to work a graveyard shift and operate in PST hours. The position offers 100% work-from-home with a supportive team, paid training, and growth

Qualifications

• At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry, including completing intake forms and scheduling appointments.
• Contact patients to obtain missing information or request additional documentation.
• Upload patient information to the RX portal and coordinate medication submissions.
• Share shipment tracking numbers with patients once medications are dispatched.
• Handle patient communications, including FAQs, feedback, concerns, and general inquiries.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and internal teams.
• Handle ad hoc tasks.
