Getwingapp is seeking a US-certified Registered Nurse to join as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant on a remote basis. The role involves calling patients, managing referrals, scheduling labs and appointments, and maintaining EMR records with strict HIPAA compliance.

Strong English and clinical experience are required, with graveyard shift availability. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years as Medical Virtual Assistants, proficiency with EHR/EMR systems, and comfort with VoIP and cloud tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license US-certified.
• 2–3 years experience as Medical Virtual Assistant.
• Specialisation in patient care or clinical settings preferred.
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal) at C1 level.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Call patients to relay test results professionally.
• Create and process referrals for specialists.
• Order labs and imaging; coordinate and schedule appointments.
• Maintain EMR records with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Interact with patients and providers using Avaya/VoIP tools.
• Support the healthcare team with ad hoc tasks.
